Item #: BQ2360 -- Bone Gripped Colonial American Horseman's Saber, ca. 1750 -- $2250.00

Fine original brass mounted sword with three branch knuckle guard and excellent turned bone grip. The blade hand forged and unfullered with dark patina. Grip is slightly loose and displays minor age cracks. All in all a very handsome untouched beauty. See Neumann's "Swords & Blades of the American Revolution" for similar examples. Lacking scabbard. 92 cm. overall.
