A late 19th or early 20th century Gurkha kukri of small size in its original tooled leather sheath. One-piece wooden hilt with iron bolster, single ring and widely flared pommel. Slender hand-forged blade with three narrow fullers. Black leather sheath with mismatched bi-knives and original tinder pouch, with a recently added riveted leather belt loop. Very good condition; blade cleaned bright, showing grain, sheath with slightly open stitching at rear. Blade 25 cm., overall in sheath 35 cm.
