# BQ2942 - A WWII Period U.S. Home Front Fighting Knife from Eugene, Oregon - $ 120.00

This unmarked knife was purchased directly from an Oregon collector who stated it is one of several made in Eugene for the war effort. A similar example is pictured and described in Bill Wright's book,"Theater Made Military Knifes Of WWII," pg. 105. The handle is stacked aluminum, brass and shades of brown composition fiber. Excellent period used condition with visible edge sharpening, lacking the sheath. 23.6cm. overall.
