# BQ2829 - An Original Japanese Bamboo "Yumi" Long Bow, ca. 1900 - $ 240.00

A Meiji period longbow of the Daikyu type and of traditional asymmetrical form. The lacquered bamboo and the raffia and leather wrapping is in excellent condition with very minor lacquer loss. This example is loosely strung with bow string. 217 cm. overall.
