Cutlery handle in rococo style appears to be heavy sterling over nickel silver. The blade is clearly stamped at the ricasso and with original double edged form. Made in Sheffield, England for the American market. Handle shows proper age wear and blade displays scattered light rust pitting on cleaned surface. Very handsome example, lacking sheath. overall 22.7 cm.
